Nothing had prepared me for that. So I built Conversations (it used to be called Rabbit Hole). Now I practise weird moments like this before they happen.

I'm a software engineer and architect. At 38, languages suddenly got me hooked. I already had a system that taught me French and Italian (absolute beginner here!). Then I wanted to learn Romansh, a language that is fading here in Switzerland. Talkuma is that system, for any language.

Why the price is what it is.

AI decks don't cost much. CHF 4.90 a month covers the AI and the servers. If that changes, I'll email you.

Why so many scripts.

My friends loved the idea and talked me into adding Korean and Japanese. Want to try Romansh? Just hit me up and I'll switch on the beta for you.

What Talkuma is not.

Talkuma is not a fairytale unicorn (yet). It is not used by millions. No reviews, but no fake promises either. Just spaced repetition with SM-2 and a fair price.

The method.

About 20 new cards a day is what sticks. More than that usually overwhelms you. It all runs on SM-2, like Anki.
