When a card comes back

Just before you would forget it — not on a fixed plan.

Again — you didn't know it. The card comes back in about a minute.

Knew it — you had it. The pause until next time gets longer. The button always says when.

New cards come back after minutes. Once you have kept one, it comes back after days — and every Knew it makes the pause longer. An Again resets it to minutes. The app looks for the longest pause you can manage without forgetting.

A card shows up only when its pause is over. You can look through any deck earlier — grading early breaks nothing.
